ကမၻာ့ပညာရွင္ၾကီးမ်ား ကမၻာ့ေခါင္းေဆာင္ၾကီးမ်ား၏ မွတ္သားလုိက္နာဖြယ္ အေတြးအေခၚ အဆိုအမိန္႔ (Philosophies)မ်ားႏွင့္ ဆိုစကား(Saying) မ်ားကို စုစည္း၍ စာအုပ္ျပဳစုေရးသားလိုသည္မွာ ၾကာခဲ့ပါျပီ။ မိမိသိရွိမွတ္သားထားသည့္ “တန္ဖိုးျမင့္မား ဆိုစကားမ်ား” ကို တစ္ဦးတည္း စုေဆာင္းသိမ္းဆည္းထားမည့္အစား ဘ၀တူျမန္မာလူငယ္မ်ားထံ မွ်ေ၀ခံစားေစလိုသည့္ စိတ္ေစတနာမွာ အလြန္ျပင္းျပလ်က္ရွိပါသည္။
ဂရိပညာရွင္ၾကီး “ဆိုကေရးတီး” ကဆိုခဲ့ပါသည္။ “To Know a thing is nothing unless others know you Know it” "မိမိသိရွိနားလည္ထားသည့္ မွတ္ဖြယ္ရာဆိုစကားကို အျခားသူမ်ားအား မျဖန္႔ျဖဴးႏိုင္ပါက မိမိသိထားသည့္ အေၾကာင္းအရာမွာ အဓိပၸါယ္မရွိေတာ့ပါတဲ့" ။ ထိုသို႔ မျဖစ္ေစလိုသည့္အတြက္ ယခုကဲ့သို႔ ေရးသားျဖန္႔ေ၀ရျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
ဤစာအုပ္ကိုေရးသားျပဳစုရာတြင္ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မ်ားစြာရွိပါသည္။ ယခုအခါ “No English, no literacy” . “အဂၤလိပ္စာမတတ္၊ စာမတတ္ေခတ္” ေရာက္လာသျဖင့္ ျမန္မာလူငယ္မ်ား အဂၤလိပ္-ျမန္မာ ႏွစ္ဘာသာ နားလည္ တတ္ကၽြမ္းဖို႔လိုပါသည္။
ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္တစ္ခုရွိေသးသည္။ အဂၤလိပ္စာတတ္ကၽြမ္းသျဖင့္ ျမန္မာကို ကမၻာကသိရွိနားလည္ေရး၊ ကမၻာကို ျမန္မာကသိရွိနားလည္ေရးႏွင့္ ျမန္မာကို ျမန္မာမ်ားသိရွိေရးလည္း ပါ၀င္ပါသည္။
စာပါဆံုးမစကားမ်ားကို ျမန္မာလူငယ္မ်ား လက္ေတြ႔အသံုးခ် ႏိုင္မည္ဆိုပါက မိမိအားထုတ္ရက်ိဳးနပ္မည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
